M&E Coordinator

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Coordinator on behalf of our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and management of various public sector contracts, contributing to the organization's mission of excellence and impact.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive monitoring and evaluation frameworks for public sector contracts, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.Coordinate data collection activities, including designing surveys, conducting interviews, and gathering relevant information from stakeholders.Analyse and interpret data to assess project performance, identify key trends, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project outcomes, progress, and impact, highlighting achievements and areas for enhancement.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, program officers, and external partners, to facilitate effective communication and knowledge sharing.Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in monitoring and evaluation methodologies, incorporating innovative approaches into project activities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, International Development, Economics, or a related discipline.
