Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for M&E projects.Collaborate with the project team to understand client requirements and project specifications.Analyse blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates.Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure competitiveness.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant information for estimating.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and labor costs.Requirements:
Proven experience as an M&E Estimator within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components.Proficient in using estimating software and tools.Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and under tight deadlines.Collaborative and inclusive work environmentCompetitive benefits package including, health insurance, life insurance and a bonus.
