M & E Sales Manager Dublin Hotel

An exciting opportunity has come up with our 4-star client in Dublin.
This is a brand new role and comes with plenty benefits.
Our client is ideally looking for someone capable of having a macro/wide view of the hotel so experience with volume and working in team is essential.
You may be an M & E Sales Manager in a hotel in Dublin already or a senior M & E Sales person looking for your first management role.
This is an exciting new opening so if you fancy a move and and lots of contacts in the Dublin market then we want to hear from you.
Some of the characteristics the ideal candidate should have: Previous meetings and events experience.
Have a proactive sales approach with good commercial acumen.
Possess a high level of written and spoken English with excellent telephone manner.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Work well under pressure and complete work to strict deadlines.
Be able to respond quickly and positively to changing requirements.
Display leadership and the ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
Previous experience using a hotel reservation system would be advantageous.
