(Maa) Customer Service Ocean Export

Responsibilities: Prepare export shipping documentation such as B/L, invoices, packing list, permit, and other related documents.Liaise with customers, trucking, haulers, carriers, and CFS/port.Manage forwarding activities such as arranging pick-up for LCL and FCL.Prepare and generate invoices and send them out to customers.Scan documents into the system and send pre-alerts.Prepare export customs, AMS & ACI, AP (export) reports, and others.Update milestones as per global compliance in a timely manner to meet Milestone Compliance KPI.Update navigator and checklist.Assist in verifying and reconciling vendors' invoices and others.Raise PRF to pay vendors, if any.Handle customer complaints and assist customers in resolving issues related to export activities.Create job files, raise POs, and invoice billing according to the billing KPI.Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.Knowledge/Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.Solid knowledge in ocean export customer service and operations.Export operation knowledge is a plus.Key Behavioral Competencies: Comprehensive English capabilities.Agile, positive, and proactive.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Education/Technical Skills: University graduate with a major in Supply Chain Management.Familiar with Microsoft Office.
