Your area of responsibility: Annotate data accurately and consistently, and by predefined annotation guidelineEvaluate the quality of existing data resources, as well as the output of machine learning classifiers and internal toolsDevelop, implement, and maintain guidelines and procedures for consistent, high-quality classification and content creation and organizationPerform basic research as needed to annotate accuratelyProvide feedback on the annotation tasks and contribute to the continuous improvement of the data annotation processProvide insights regarding observed patterns in the annotated dataResearch new entity categories and best practices for organizing themThe requirements: The candidate must possess a strong aptitude for working with data and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will be flexible and analytical with the ability to understand and interpret large datasets and apply predefined guidelines, ensuring the accuracy and quality of annotations.High Proficiency in English – C1 Level minimum as per the CEFRFluency in the required language: German, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish, Dutch, Indonesian, Chinese, Korean and Vietnamese in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of the culture and social trends in the region.Educational background – undergraduate university degree or higher qualification (Level 7/ Level 8- based on the Irish education system)Offer Details: Fair salary per annum from 29.700,00 EUR – 32.000,00 EUR (depending on the language/ no space for the negotiation)Extra travel allowance, KPI Bonus, shift allowance (depending on the language/project/shift)Full and structured training on-site provided!Day or evening shift available: Only 25% salary uplift for the late hours from 10 pm to 2 am (depending on the language/project)Great internal opportunities for career progression – employees with good performance can become Quality Auditors, Quality Analysts, Quality Trainers & Team LeadsPerformance bonusFree meal (lunch or dinner) on-sitePrivate healthcarePension contributionTax Saver and Bike-to-Work SchemeContract: Permanent full-timeWorking hours: Monday to Friday, Day or Evening shift (depending on the requisition)Location: Dublin, SandyfordThis is an office-based job.
