An exciting opportunity to join Ireland's leading independent manufacturer of concrete and bituminous construction materials.
We are currently looking for Machine Operatives for our Paving Production Plant in Piercetown, Dunboyne, Co. Meath.
Responsibilities: Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety.
This includes being fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems, and rules.
Report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times.
Adhere to quality control standards and ensure production outputs meet quality standards.
Operation of automated production plant.
Monitor and control elements of the production process.
General cleaning/housekeeping Operation of forklift and Grab trucks (training will be provided).
Ensure products are labelled correctly.
Load product into stock bays.
Load customer orders into picking location/onto trucks.
Development Opportunity to provide cover for Loading Shovels.
Responsibilities are not limited to those outlined above.
You will be expected to carry out other reasonable duties from time to time, as requested by management.
Qualifications & Experience Production and automated equipment experience is desirable.
Mobile plant qualification experience is desirable.
Skills & Abilities Excellent time management ability.
Knowledge of health & safety requirements.
Ability to communicate effectively (radio/phone system).
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
