The Kepak Group are looking to recruit the right person for a permanent Maintenance Administrator role to join our team in Ballybay .
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for the administration of the department.
Role Description; General duties that impact the smooth running of the maintenance department Engaging with suppliers and contractors Ordering back up stock.
End to End Purchasing of engineering spares and services.
CMMS input and upkeep Manage weekly and monthly maintenance reporting requirements Compile required reports from CMMS and others as required Assist with the management of the safe work permit system Requesting and receiving RAMS from contractors and planning scheduled work Up keep of site engineering compliance folder Assist with site audit requests Work closely with Technicians to ensure that all purchase and stores procedures are followed Compiling weekly/monthly reports on department activity and finances.
Requirements Previous administration / document control experience essential.
Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and other common software tools.
Strong communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills.
Understanding of document and revision control.
This is a high-pressure environment so applicant would need experience working to tight deadlines under pressure.
Initiative and capability of working by oneself or part of a team.
Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives and ability to challenge status quo.
Knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems Familiarity with ISO standards advantageous.
