Construction Services Ireland is a leading commercial property maintenance company who provide reactive and planned maintenance for large scale multi-site clients throughout Ireland.
We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Joiner / Carpenter to join our team.
Duties/Responsibilities - Carry out scheduled property maintenance & minor project works - Ensuring all work complies with Company and Client Health & Safety standards - Attend reactive callouts; identify and report back to the office the need for ad-hoc repairs - Complete any repairs required and approved on site - Submit a photographic completion report showing the works completed (through our inhouse workflow app) Essential Requirements - The successful candidate must; - Be qualified in carpentry works and have site experience - Have experience working on roofs and rainwater systems ie gutters - Possess an up to date SafePass card or equivalent - Hold a full clean drivers licence - Have their own tools - Have a fluent level of English, spoken and written - Be able to use email systems and mobile phone systems and apps - as the use of our job tracking app is essential - Have good knowledge of the Dublin area - Be flexible with working hours (reactive emergency callouts) - Ability to work on other projects within the maintenance department and refurbishment department - Ability to work well both on own initiative, and part of a team Desirable Requirements - Have a good understanding and general knowledge and experience in plumbing & electrical works.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
