Based on site in Dublin 8 the Maintenance Co-Ordinator will be self-driven, organised, and have a strong attention to detail.
Working as part of a large team the role will involve dealing with a large institutional landlord operating in the PRS market, contractors and Property Managers within the team. The Maintenance Co-Ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance requests that are received through our department portal from tenants residing in our managed properties as well as organising and overseeing yearly development project works.
This role will involve, organising maintenance contractors to visit the properties, reviewing quotes, scheduling works, liaising with tenants, discussing quotes with clients, key management and invoice approval.
