Maintenance Electrician

Our client, a leading manufacturing plastics company based in West Limerick, is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician. This is a full-time, permanent role. Interviews are to take place promptly. Role Requirements: Conduct wiring and panel upgrades to enhance equipment performance and safety.Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing motors, relays, contactors, and overloads.Thoroughly inspect and sign off machines electrically to ensure compliance with industry standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults to identify and rectify issues promptly.Responsible for contractors on site doing electrical work.Take responsibility for training and mentoring electrical apprentices to develop their skills and knowledge.What the ideal Maintenance Electrician looks like: Level 6 Qualified Electrician with National craft card.Experience in a working maintenance/manufacturing environment is required.PLC Experience desirable.Benefits: Medical InsurancePensionLife InsuranceFor a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contact Alicja Burchardt.
