Maintenance Excellence Planner

We are partnering with a large multinational pharmaceutical company to recruit a Maintenance Excellence Planner for their site in Westport, Co. Mayo.
Responsibilities: Support the engineering team to ensure smooth operations, meet business demands, and achieve production targets.Implement programs and procedures required to ensure plant maintenance is performed in a compliant manner.Maintain a computerized maintenance management system (Maximo) for work orders, spare parts, and equipment history.Track and analyse Maintenance Excellence Program (MEP) KPIs, including asset utilisation, costs, compliance, and schedules.Oversee the Engineering Change Control process to prevent non-conformances.Uphold company safety policies and procedures in all maintenance activities as well as build strong partnerships with the EHS team to prioritise staff and contractor safety.Perform internal audits on engineering systems and support external audits.Demonstrate commitment to achieving department targets.Requirements: A 3rd level qualification in Engineering or a relevant discipline and 2 years relevant work experience or a trade qualification plus 6 years engineering experience.Experience using Maximo and strong IT Skills.
