Maintenance Fitter - Shift

Opportunity to join a well-established international hi-vol manufacturing facility.
Responsibilities: Machine fault finding, repair, and problem solving.Hydraulics and pneumatic maintenance.Continuous improvement throughout the plant.Welding/fabrication maintenance.Performs repairs of all buildings and equipment.Performs preventive maintenance procedures on buildings and equipment on a scheduled basis; inspects, checks, and replaces e.g.
bearings, seals, etc.Inspects boiler; treats water with proper chemicals.Calibrates and repairs pneumatic systems.ExperienceIdeally 1 to 15 years plus post-apprenticeship experience.
Mechanical fitter apprenticeship qualifications (MAMF) – Advantage having some machine shop experience.
Computer literacy.
CMM, Computerised Maintenance Systems (SAP) is an advantage.
