Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Support manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, and throughput objectives in a 24/7 operation. Lead breakdown recovery on off shifts and weekends, focusing on root cause identification and prevention. Troubleshoot equipment control systems, robot applications, vision systems, and general low/medium voltage power circuits (Electrician). Drive a systemic approach to loss elimination and enhance the capability of shift Manufacturing teams. Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and implement cost reduction programs. Lead planned maintenance activities weekly. Support project engineering teams during the introduction of new products and equipment. Provide support for the introduction of new products and processes in manufacturing operations (Fitter). What are we looking for? Common Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proven track record of root cause identification. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Self-starter with a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Maintenance Fitter: FAS time-served mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent. Experience with packaging equipment is desirable. Familiarity with Power BI, 3D printing, and SolidWorks.
