We have a new opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Dublin team in our Ringsend Plant.

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the production system by keeping it in optimal condition.
You need to be able to organise the overall maintenance in addition to performing inspections and maintaining some equipment directly.
We are looking for a thorough professional with a practical mind and excellent attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
The primary job function is to maintain the plant in the best possible condition.
Role Responsibilities Implement and manage maintenance planning (daily, monthly and annual)Organise preventive maintenance of the site: ball mill, separator, filters, pneumatic transport, silos...Manage spare parts inventory.Inspect, monitor, and maintain equipment including ball millDiagnoses potential faults in equipmentManage electrical and mechanical company carrying out maintenance on site (including during periods of planned shutdown)Interpret and modify technical diagrams or schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, etc.Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineeringBackground in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is required, along with at least 5 years of industrial experience (cement industry if possible)Track record of adhering to and enforcing safety regulations, particularly on projects under their supervisionKnowledge of general maintenance processes and methodsWorking knowledge of tools, common appliances and devicesPersonal Attributes Fluency in English, both verbal and writtenManual dexterity and critical thinking skillsGood communication skillsExcellent work ethicOrganised, trustworthy and dependableComfortable working on own Initiative and as part of the teamProficiency in Microsoft suite including word, excel etc.What we offer A competitive salary commensurate with experienceA comprehensive benefits package including health care and retirement planningGenerous holiday allowanceLife Assurance and long-term illness coverAn environment which recognises talent and enables it to flourishCareer making learning & development opportunities
