Job DescriptionOur client are an M&E Contractor who work on major projects in the areas of Mechanical Services, Air Conditioning, Electrical Services and Process Engineering for Commercial, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and Medical ClientsDue to continuous expansion of our clients maintenance division, we now have a requirement for a maintenance manager / engineer.
Role is to be primarily focused in the Leinster region.
However, nationwide travel will be required from time to time.This is a multi-site based role reporting into head office.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance tasks and delivering maintenance project packages from co-ordination to commissioning.In addition to routine maintenance and Service Level Agreement contract delivery candidate will be responsible for delivering small works projects from tender to handover.
Travel will be required depending on project allocation.
Services include Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and plumbing.
