all required data is up-loaded on to the system) Under the direction of the Site Asset/Technical Manager ensure the Site CMMS database is up-dated with all new asset details associated with recent projects upgradesResponsible for populating of Excel up-load templates with all asset details including:New functional locations and asset location structuresEquipment details (makes, models, equipment classification, serial numbers etc…)BOMs & spare requirementsPurchasing details PM routines, tasks and frequencies Conduct plant survey works to record Mechanical and Electrical equipment detailsDevelop and implement validation checks to ensure all data is correctly transferred to the Site CMMSRemoval/Retirement of redundant assets from the Site CMMSUp-load O&M Manuals and associated asset documentation to the Site CMMSPerform spares assessments and link spare parts details to associated assets in the Site CMMSP&ID mark ups and retagging of field equipmentEnsure all equipment required for annual statutory inspections/certifications are included on the site asset registerCoordinate with the Site Maintenance Specialist/Scheduler to ensure that services and inspections are scheduled and performed when due and that resultant corrective work is promptly performedAssist with the management of the sites Calibrations Contractor and associated programmesProvide support in site maintenance related RCAs and understand root causes of repeated equipment failuresHelp develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures and other maintenance problemsAnalyse equipment history data to ensure that current maintenance programs are effective and fit for purposePlay a supportive role in the development of the site Maintenance excellence strategy and programmeHelp reduce and improve maintenance work wherever feasible; assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process and equipment while protecting and prolonging the economic life of plant assets at optimal costDrive plant reliability improvement programmes through the use of the following reliability engineering technics: FMEAs, OE/availability, RCM and condition based monitoring programmesDrive Preventative Maintenance programmes such as vibration, thermography and other predictive analyses and interpretation of resultsProvide coaching to the craft teams by sharing your skill-set and expertise in the areas of CMMS and asset careProvide system training and technical support where appropriate to the Maintenance TeamResponsible for the generation of departmental KPI reports using the CMMS Support the Maintenance Stores Manager with his day to day activities (2 days per week):Provide SAP expertise to the Stores Manager, assisting with the integration of the new SAP system and associated changes in ways of workingProvide cover for the Stores Manager in the event of holidays or absenceMonitor the quality and delivery of goods, materials and services Preparation of weekly reports with full detailed analysis of spare parts/consumables usage and costsLiaise with the Maintenance team to ensure stock is available for maintenanceUse the SAP system to carry out and record routine stock checks on the Maintenance StoresManagement of contractor purchases orders in line with company proceduresProcess goods received notes and invoices for accountsSet up stores, label all spare parts and update on to the CMMS Responsible for Danone Internal Controls as assigned to you by the Internal Controller About You Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline A general understanding of a broad range of process equipment .
