Maintenance Planner

Summary:

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company based in Waterford looking for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for its facility. The key part of the role is to plan and co-ordinate the maintenance work via our client's PEMAC CMMS system. This will ensure the department will adhere to Safety and Quality Compliance requirements within the Biopharma business of Drug Product Fill Finish.

Responsibilities: Responsible for asset care and equipment reliability. Ensuring PM optimisation. Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects. Experience in Shutdown planning, co-ordination and execution. Quality Systems, experience in Change Management and Deviation/CAPAs, SOP development & updates. Downtime analysis and reporting. Qualifications & Experience: Min Level 7 Engineering Degree or Higher Cert/Diploma in Eng. Min 3 years' experience with manufacturing maintenance/engineering support and/or Utilities maintenance. CMMS high level of competency, PEMAC or equivalent experience (Maximo, INFOR, SAP etc). Vendor & Service level Agreement (SLA) Management. cGMP/Regulated experience.
