OverviewPepsiCo is on the look-out for 3 x Maintenance Shift Associate Supervisors to join our Maintenance function based in Little Island.
These roles are open on the back of exciting expansion at the Little Island facility.
PepsiCo Global Concentrate Solutions (PGCS) brings the flavours of PepsiCo to life, supplying beverage and snack flavours for many of PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.
We are at the heart of PepsiCo products, sourcing flavour and functional ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 concentrate recipes for our brands.
Reporting to the Maintenance & Plant Engineering manager, the maintenance shift associate supervisor will coordinate the day-to-day reactive, preventive maintenance and statutory compliance schedules across shifts.

ResponsibilitiesPosition Purpose and Primary Accountabilities Lead the Maintenance Shift Team in the repair of day-to-day equipment and system issues to minimise downtime.
Support the Maintenance continuous improvement culture through team participation in various initiatives across the technical function.Organise the reactive, preventive maintenance and statutory compliance schedules for plant equipment and facilities across the Little Island site via computerized maintenance management systems (SAP PM).Implement the plant preventive maintenance schedule and ensure the preventative maintenance system is kept up to date based on functional KPI's.Provide leadership and supervision to the Maintenance team in the maintenance, repair, modification, continuous improvement, project support, installation and testing of all types of plant equipment and automation systems.Lead the Maintenance team in problem solving, root cause investigation and major breakdown reports, reliability centred maintenance, and update shift handover to reflect daily issues/challenges.Plan out and assign work and ensure timely completion of same.QualificationsQualifications: 5+ years' experience of engineering/maintenance/technical roles in high-volume industries with a significant technology content.3+ years supervisory/lead experience.Excellent project management skills - ability to set the shift schedule and assignments.Solid understanding and experience of Plant and facilities technologies.Ability to analyse service reports and statutory compliance requirements and manage multiple priorities in a timely manner, with precise attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.Demonstrated experience working with computerized maintenance management systems (SAP PM).Who we are:We are a Manufacturing Unit in PepsiCo, sourcing ingredients to manufacture more than 1,200 recipes for PepsiCo's mega brands including Gatorade, 7Up and Pepsi.We are a global organization offering careers in various functions from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Finance, R&D, HR and IT.We are passionate about creating and delivering much-loved household brands to markets across the world.PepsiCo, opportunity is for everyone.
