The Maintenance Team Leader will also be required to coordinate renovation projects and develop emergency programs.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotelManagement of the in-house CMMS system making sure all work orders and PPM's are completed in a timely mannerPerform daily checks around the hotelDiagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotelOrganise Maintenance TeamEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customersMaintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations ariseDevelop, implement, and direct all emergency programsDevelop, implement and manage energy conservation programs for the property to minimize expensesManagement of maintenance team roster and annual leave making sure hotel has the full cover outlinedPerform special projects and other responsibilities as assignedResponsible for the health and safety of the hotel Engineering DepartmentFollowing up building audits with works completedEnsure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordinglyWhat are we looking for?
