Maintenance Technician

Proclinical is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a dedicated team.
The successful candidate will ensure the reliable supply of products globally.
This role involves working in a 24/5 shift pattern and the focus will be on maintaining equipment to meet production standards while adhering to quality and safety guidelines.Responsibilities:Perform repair and maintenance tasks on process and facilities equipment to ensure production output meets quality and safety standards.Input data into the Maintenance PM System and operate these systems effectively.Generate and manage new equipment asset registrations.Develop preventative maintenance programs for new equipment.Coordinate with equipment vendors to define maintenance schedules and manage spare parts.Support equipment FAT, SAT, and qualifications.Train others on equipment, maintenance tasks, setup procedures, and safety awareness.Operate and maintain equipment to achieve production goals.Complete duties according to SOPs and adhere to cGMP and PPE requirements.Conduct maintenance duties safely and report any safety concerns.Support and back up facilities and manufacturing maintenance teams as needed.Communicate equipment issues, PMs, and repairs accurately, including reporting serious downtime.Key Skills and Requirements:Past working experience in a Maintenance Technician position.A history within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Junior & Senior trades certificate or equivalent relevant third-level qualification is necessary.
