The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, have the ability to diagnose and repair issues in areas such as HVAC, plumbing, drywall repair/painting, and pump room equipment, and will have previous experience in building repair.
Must have a valid driver's license and clean DMV record, including no moving violations or tickets. Proof of your DMV record will be required.
COMPENSATION: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour plus benefits. A comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental, is available for full-time employees after 60 days of hire. Paid vacation 401k options Discounted swim lessons for immediate family members SCHEDULE:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Building/Facility maintenance including but not limited to: light plumbing, drywall repair, painting, flooring repair, and tile repair. Operation and maintenance of the pools and pump rooms including water testing, making adjustments to chemical levels, regular pump room equipment maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repair of equipment such as pumps and heaters as needed. Equipment/facility preventative maintenance such as testing of emergency lighting and GFIs, HVAC maintenance, pool heater maintenance, and appliance PMs. Preventative maintenance/cleanliness including regular pressure washing of decks and mats, window cleaning, and carpet cleaning. The ability to drive the company vehicle to service all locations daily. The employee must maintain a clean driving record to be covered by ASA's commercial insurance policy. The ability to regularly lift 50lbs and perform physical work such as moving and pressure washing wet area matting, loading the company vehicle with equipment, and repairing all areas of ASA facilities, which could include climbing ladders or bending to access low spaces up to 75% of the time worked. The ability to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers, the school management, and Area Staff.
