Maintenance Technician – Product Supply About the job Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play an integral role within the Product Supply Unit's team, ensuring reliable supply of syringe and Vial products to our patients globally.
The Product Supply APU consists of Device Inspection, assembly, label & pack and Vial inspection, label & pack.
Main responsibilities: To carry out repair and maintenance tasks of all Process and / or Facilities Equipment, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production output in full compliance with Quality and Safety and cGMP StandardsInput of data into Maintenance PM System including the operation of such systemsGeneration and ownership of new equipment asset registrationCompilation of data and schedules to generate preventative maintenance programs for new equipmentLiaise with equipment vendors to define maintenance schedules, order and receive spare partsSupport equipment FAT, SAT and all qualifications.May be required to train others on all equipment, Maintenance tasks, set up procedures and safety awarenessTo operate and maintain all equipment, so as to achieve an acceptable level of production outputComplete all duties as per relevant SOP'sAdhere to all relevant dress requirements with respect to cGMP's and PPE rulesConduct all maintenance duties in a safe manner and report all safety issues or concernsSupport and back up of all maintenance teams i.e., facilities and manufacturing when requiredEnsure correct and accurate communication of equipment issues/PMs/repairs including reporting of serious downtimeAbout you Previous experience in a Maintenance Technician role in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentJunior & Senior trades certificate or an equivalent third level qualification#LI-MS2
