Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Consumer Foods team for a Management Accountant. This role will report to the Consumer Foods Financial Controller, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, This role will be based at Aurivo House, Finisklin, Sligo, and may involve some travel between Aurivo Sites.
Key Responsibilities: Management of Finance Team with an emphasis on Inventory and Credit Control together with managing all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function Prepare monthly Management Accounts inputs and relevant supporting schedules for review Management of Bank, Cash & Inventory Reconciliations Provide monthly progress reports on Capex projects, including ensuring delivery on time and within approved budget Forecasting monthly Cash flows for the business unit Provision of key metrics to Senior Management Team Partner with the Management Team to assure achievement of the overall business unit objectives, including analysing data to initiate improvements and cost savings Drive continuous improvement by identifying & improving any inefficiencies in processes Continuous management of Master Data within the ERP system & working closely with the Financial Controller on the implementation of the ERP system upgrade Completion of Revenue & CSO returns monthly The ideal candidate Qualified Accountant with one of the recognised accounting bodies with a minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience Excellent technical accounting capabilities and strong systems experience Proven record of managing a finance/administration team Strong knowledge and aptitude of MS Office applications Ability to plan, organise & prioritise work in a FMCG environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills A flexible, dynamic approach with an ability to operate independently as well as part of a team Full driving license How to Apply: Aurivo reserve the right to shortlist candidates.
