Management Accountant D12

My Client, Irelands leading Motor Group is seeking to recruit a Management Accountant on a full-time permanent basis.

The role is based in Dublin 12 and you will report to the Head of Finance.

Day to day task will include:

·Responsible for all accounting and reporting, including management accounts, periodic budgets and forecasts for the finance division and the key Finance Department point of contact for the Aftersales team.

·Monthly sales and margin reconciliation and analysis for the said division.

·Preparation and submission of Company bi-monthly VAT return.

·Prepare Cash Budgets and rolling Cash Forecasting on a periodic basis.

·Review costings, analysis and sponsorship agreements with the Marketing Department

·Liaise with the Sales Department on programmes and related reporting and analysis.

·Manage the Company Fixed Asset register

·Participate in annual audit

·Ensure all Regulatory Reporting requirements as agreed with the Head of Finance are achieved.

·Review and completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will be:

·A Qualified Accountant- ACA, ACCA

·Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·Deadline driven with an ability to work in a fast paced environment, able to respond to changing demands and can prioritise work effectively.

·Ability to communicate clearly as part of a team
