Management Accountant

Location: Part West, 1 day WFH. Communicate Recruitment are currently assisting a leading manufacturing company in their search for a Management Accountant to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, the management accountant will play a key role within this high-performing team, with responsibilities mainly focused around the preparation of accounts, financial reporting and some FP&A components. Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation of Accounts and financial reporting, inclusive of Management accounts, budgets and forecasts. Balance sheet, margin and sales reconciliations. Preparation of Tax Returns. Reviewing of costs and financial analysis. Support the annual audit process Ensure regulatory requirements and internal controls are adhered to. Ad-hoc tasks when required. Person Specification: Qualified Accountant. Preparation of Management accounts experience essential. Strong Analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadline. Previous experience within a similar role and/or industry beneficial Additional Details: Hybrid with 1 day working from home. Bonus. Pension Scheme. Generous annual leave entitlement.
