Management Accountant We are seeking a talented Management Accountant to join our award winning ifac Food and Agribusiness team .

Our Management Accountant will be based in Dublin three days per month and Kilkenny one day per month with a blend of WFH and access to our regional office network for the remainder of the week.
The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Management Accountant to join the ifac Food & Agribusiness team .
This position is ideal for candidates who are looking to develop their expertise in management accounting.
The successful candidate will work alongside our Fractional CFO and be involved in delivering in-depth financial analysis, advising clients on key business strategies, and supporting the broader mission of ifac in driving financial success for clients across the food, farming, and agribusiness sectors.
The Candidate: The successful candidate will be a CGMA/CPA/ACCA/ACA qualified accountant with a minimum of three years' experience working in a Public Practice/Finance environment and will have: An analytical mindset and aptitude to learn and develop your management accounting skills.
Attention to detail with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to learning and professional development, particularly in management accounting practices.
Duties and Responsibilities: Business Financial Reviews - Work closely with clients to provide tailored financial insights, analysing both financial and non-financial data to support their future decision-making.
Budgets & Forecasts - Prepare, monitor, and interpret budgets and forecasts to guide clients' strategic planning.
Management Accounts - Support clients with preparation of regular management reports, identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for growth.
Efficiency Insights - Assist in the development of financial dashboards and management reporting tools.
Data Analysis - Carry out detailed analysis of survey and census data and provide actionable insights for our clients.
Benchmarking - Analysing multiple entities financial performance and establishing achievable goals for each business.
Collaborate - Work alongside our Fractional CFO, the Food & Agribusiness, SME team and support the wider ifac team to deliver exemplary service to our clients.
