At ICON, we have an incredible opportunity for an expert Accounts Receivable Manager to join the team in our global HQ in Dublin 18.
The Role Deliver a readily scalable team structure and associated processes to efficiently manage workload growth from existing departments and business units as well as from new acquisitions.Management, development, and motivation of staff, including some in satellite offices.Develop a team culture of "can do" and constant process improvement as well as searching for increased efficiency and ready adaptation to align to the evolving demands of the wider organization.Effectively manage Days Sales Outstanding ("DSO's"), notwithstanding the challenges of a more fast paced commercial environment.Manage an efficient billing process, minimizing lags between occurrence of operational activity and receipt of invoice by customer.Coordination and management of customer requested audits, minimizing disruption to daily operations while presenting a company improving experience for the customer.Ensure team builds and maintains effective relationships with all partners.Delivery of all required audit (both internal and external) documentation and ensuring full and effective compliance with any SOX requirements.Recognize, exemplify, and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our dedication to People, Clients, and Performance.Develop a culture within the team to do right at first time.Open to support for Process Improvement Project as per the need.Ad-hoc travel required.What you need Minimum 5 year experience of team management and development, preferably including management of staff located in satellite offices.Professional Accountancy Qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA Ireland) desirable.Experience of shared services and/or management of a diverse multiple customer base environments.Experience of high volume, multiple contracting entity billing environments.Experience of reporting metric driven performance analysis.Experience of large ERP financial systems.
Specific Oracle Financials experience is desirable but not a prerequisite.What ICON can offer you:
