Responsibilities Oversee the process of global repairs, including in-house repair and outsourced repair services and suppliers. Lead the implementation of new product repair setups and new repair procedures to improve service delivery leading to service P&L and customer satisfaction improvement. Manage global teams, fostering collaboration and intercultural communication to ensure alignment across regions. Monitor and ensure key performance indicators are met globally, focusing on fulfillment performance, inventory levels and fixed right first time. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline repair processes and enhance service quality. Develop and implement strategies to optimize global repair operations and reduce turnaround times or costs. Maintain strong relationships with outsourced repair service providers and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency. Prepare and present reports on repair operations, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Ensure proper documentation is in place, tools are maintained, and staff are properly trained to pass audits. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a similar role overseeing global repair operations. Strong knowledge of repair processes, documentation, and audit requirements. Proven experience leading and managing global teams with strong organizational and leadership skills. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and strong intercultural competence. Strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for repair operations.
