re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is looking for a talented, driven, and market focused manager to lead the program's commercial space. As the manager of RRL commercials, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives which maximize component recovery through sustainable and cost efficient methods. The commercial manager will build and maintain strategic partnerships with external stakeholders including suppliers, vendors, and key industry players through contract negotiation and drive adherence to SLA measurements in order to optimize value and mitigate risks. To achieve this, you will lead and mentor a diverse team across different regions to ensure alignment with program objectives and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key job responsibilities Develop and implement effective procurement strategies and policies to optimize costs, improve efficiency, and ensure quality and compliance across global operations.Act as point of escalation for all commercial related issues across RRL facing external vendors.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and expansion goals. Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform decision-making.Monitor performance, key metrics, and financial targets. Implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure objectives are met or exceeded.Work closely with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS5+ years of procurement or vendor management experience.5+ years of reverse logistics experience.Experience using systems which support procurement, product lifecycle management (PLM), ITAD, inventory management and reverse logistics.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
