As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Managing Director to lead and deliver on our Growth Strategy in Ireland and Internationally.

Working with and reporting directly to the CEO and Owner, this is a newly created role that offers a unique opportunity.
As Managing Director, you will champion recruitment excellence and nothing less than 5-star customer service while fostering a high standard and culture of high performance, professionalism, and team collaboration across the group.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, execute and deliver the Osborne Growth Strategy across all functions with the Leadership and Management team.
Inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment, sales, client services and support teams across the group.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and strategic partners.
Weekly onsite client meetings to develop client relationships and solutions.
Stay ahead of recruitment methodology and technology trends to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Champion Osborne's culture and values while promoting diversity and inclusion.
Deliver measurable results aligned with ambitious business goals.
What You'll Bring: Educated to Masters level desirable.
15+ years of proven recruitment consultancy experience, with Irish and International expertise highly desirable.
Proven track record of leading and delivering growth and high performance within the Recruitment Industry with Turnovers in excess of €20 million - including contingent, temporary staffing, MSS, and MSP solutions.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and drive high-performing teams.
Strong relationship-building skills to engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Expertise in recruitment technologies, strategies, and client solutions.
Passion for recruitment and recruitment excellence.
