We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior hospitality executive with multi-site experience to lead this top hospitality company as Managing Director .
Key aspects of this role include:
Lead the senior management team based in head office, overseeing operations, finance and HR depts.Conduct regular and frequent site visits to ensure consistency of standards across the group.Deep engagement with / Coaching of the large management team (both on site and HQ).Drive revenue growth across the group.Oversee group expansion plans. The ideal candidate:
Minimum of 10 years' experience within hospitality management with at least five years' at a senior level, ie Managing Director, Group Director, Area General Manager etcDeep knowledge of the F&B industry in general and the Dublin scene in particularHighly disciplined and organised individual capable of rigorous diary managementProven track record of leading properties to meet/exceedsales & revenue targetsExcellent leadership ability with proven track record in building high-performing, dedicated teamsStrong financial and commercial acumen with innovative mindset and keen eye for opportunityTo find out more on this pivotal role, get in touch with us today!
