Operations Manager-Dublin Are you an experienced Operations or Service Manager with over 2 years' experience leading technicians in an Automotive environment?
Our client is looking for an excellent, hands-on Ops Manager to join their team in South Dublin, promoting a culture of efficiency and service excellence.

A Technical background or Mechanical Qualification is required for the role.
Excellent Customer Service, Presentation & Reporting skills are necessary.
Scheduling & Absence Management skills are desired.
A great problem-solver with a can-do attitude is the perfect fit.
The role: Manage the team to ensure maximum productivity is achieved.
Achieve operational KPIs.
Effectively manage rostering, absence management, annual leave and headcount management.
Promote continuous improvement & manage change.
Ensure performance metrics are achieved through demand management, forecasting and capacity.
Ensure day to day activities are completed to deadline.
Promote a culture of Customer Service Excellence.
