Responsibilities: Implement process controls for reliable and repeatable manufacturing outcomes.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.Utilise analytical and experimental approaches to improve equipment effectiveness.Ensure compliance with GMP, QA, regulatory standards, and Health & Safety protocols.Lead and manage project timelines effectively, using project management principles.Support new product and technology introductions, ensuring stability and capability.Conduct risk assessments and resolve non-conforming product/process issues.Execute validations and improvements using statistical and Six Sigma methodologies.Qualifications and Experience: Honours Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field.Minimum of 3 years in a Manufacturing Engineering role within the Medical Device or Healthcare industry.Experience in catheter manufacturing is advantageous.Proven success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.Strong understanding of production line performance measurement.For more details on this role, feel free to contact Emma Cawley at ******.
