We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. As a leader in our Manufacturing team you'll have the chance to work in a continuous improvement and innovative environment with team members sharing a vision of improving the lives of millions around the world.
Major Responsibilities Include: Responsible for leading, managing and planning all aspects of manufacturing to deliver on volumes, yields and throughputs rate while maintaining the highest levels of product quality.Leading on cross functional collaboration to maintain excellent working relationships, while making choices in full consideration of financial, technical, legal, regulatory and quality, EHS standards.Operations representative for the area, responsible for scheduling and coordinating all aspects of the product build to ensure that the product is manufactured in line with the site financial plan whilst ensuring the product meets compliance and regulatory standards.Take a principal role in driving margin growth through manufacturing efficiencies including manufacturing optimization.Responsible for ensuring that the group generates, reviews and reports metrics on in-process and product performance to help to identify potential issues and areas for improvement within Operations.Responsible for customer (TPM) relationship management to ensure cross collaboration and timely resolution of issues.Leads and develops a high performing team that are aligned with business strategy and are both empowered and accountable to deliver sustained results.Ensures the attraction and development of front-line talent to provide a strong long term talent pipeline. Supports the movement and assignment of talent within the business.Sponsors and spearheads projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality system and manufacturing processes, adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements within the ADC Quality System.Education and Years Experience: Third level qualification in Science, Business or Engineering.7 years' experience in manufacturing environment including 5 years supervisor experience.Accountability and Scope: Reporting to the Operations Manager.
