Manufacturing Operative

We are currently seeking experienced Manufacturing Operatives (Night Shift) for our Client based in, Co. Galway Key Responsibilities: Operate, troubleshoot, setup and changeover mechanical fastener manufacturing machines.Ensure smooth and efficient running of high-volume production machinery.Work to production metrics and standard operating procedures to meet customer requirements.Ensure high quality product through quality Inspection of parts with precision and measuring tools
Work with quality/engineering and operations departments on continuous improvement & development programmers.Compliance with all Health & Safety regulations.The ideal candidate will have: Good mechanical aptitude & problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume manufacturing environment.Relevant manufacturing experienceRate: €12.93 P/H + €32 nightly premium per night shift. Over Time Paid at 1.5 after 39 hours. For the successful candidate this will be a full-time permanent contract.
