The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here's how the Manufacturing Operator role will make an impact:
Operate manufacturing lines in an efficient manner in accordance with the relevant SOPs to ensure required output targets are achieved.Ensure that the manufacturing equipment and area is cleaned to GMP standards prior to use.Responsible for setting up machines and equipment as well as for product-in-process testing and for product condition during processing.Complete the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and the reconciliations of the BMR according to relevant SOPs.Report directly to Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager if any problems or damage occurs.Responsible for a high standard of GMP and good housekeeping, and for the inspection of batches that do not meet the quality standards.Responsible for the handling and storage of Controlled Drugs in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring product security.Usage of Manufacturing support software packages; e.g., MES, SAP, TrackWise, Documentum, etc.Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements, and perform any other duties as assigned by Manufacturing Supervisor or Manager.Constantly look to improve the process and to learn new skills.About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we're looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
