We are offering an exciting opportunity to work as a Manufacturing Supervisor with a prominent company that is expanding due to recent successes and an expanding client base. Company: Our client is an Irish manufacturer. Due to the increasing demand in their manufacturing supply, our client's team is expanding, which creates an exciting opening for a new Manufacturing Supervisor. Role: The successful Manufacturing Supervisor will be based in Dublin and will have the following responsibilities: Supervising a team of 10-15 engineers from different disciplines. Scheduling and overseeing maintenance. Maintaining communication with clients on-site and beyond. Coordination of works and ensuring engineers have sufficient materials. Person: For the Manufacturing Supervisor position, we are interested in candidates with the following qualifications and experiences: Experience managing a team or supporting an engineering manager is beneficial Experience in supervising or management in a manufacturing setting is beneficial Prior experience in roles such as maintenance supervisor, maintenance technician, or maintenance engineer would be a plus. Diverse sector experience will be taken into consideration.
