Manufacturing Team Member - (9 month Contract) Location: Limerick, Ireland

One of Limerick's major employers for over 40 years, we are currently looking for a number of Manufacturing Team members to support the business. At our Limerick Operations site, we currently employ 1200 people. Here we manufacture Integrated Circuits that are used in all forms of the electronics spectrum from industrial to consumer devices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Process wafers through equipment in accordance with specifications and procedures to meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly production targets. Promote and maintain a high level of safety and housekeeping. Must follow safety, wafer handling, tool operation, chemical handling, housekeeping and clean room protocols. Handling of wafer cassettes and boxes, loading and unloading of tools, selecting of programs either manually or through automation process. Performing measurements as required, entering data as necessary. Be responsible for updating manufacturing systems to optimise performance of work area. Perform equipment checks procedures as required. Liaise with manufacturing/equipment/engineering groups. Training of new employees as required. Participate and support continuous improvement programmes through groups and on an individual basis. Education requirement: Minimum - Leaving Certificate Skills and Competencies: Strong ability to follow written instructions/specifications. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative. Demonstrated ability to operate computer interfaces to ensure data accuracy and integrity and analysis of production information. An MTM must possess a flexible, innovative and committed approach to their work and have an ability to learn and apply new concepts. A demonstrated ability to participate in teams is essential. Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures to complete tasks and required documentation. Demonstrated work performance in an environment requiring high level of attention to detail and ability to deliver to output targets at a tool level. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise activities. Open to working a 5-cycle shift pattern. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
