Manufacturing Technician Biologics / Pharma

An exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Technician with aseptic or cleanroom pharma or biopharma experience to join a leading Biologics Company in the West of Ireland. As a Manufacturing Technician, you'll handle all manufacturing tasks for NPI tech transfers for clinical manufacturing of small and large molecules. Your duties include Manufacturing, Biologic Drug Product support and NPI/Project Management. You'll ensure drug product manufacturing complies with site and GMP procedures and meets global timelines.
Overview of your responsibilities: Prepare batches (vial washing, sterilization, area prep).Work aseptically as required.Perform compounding, filtration, and filling.Collaborate with vendors on system improvements.Prepare components and equipment for Grade A environments.Operate multi-product suite, switching campaigns smoothly.Conduct environmental monitoring.Follow GMP and SOPs.Review and contribute to technical documents.Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, Validation).Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role: Relevant qualification or 18-24 months in pharma/med device industry.Must know aseptic practices in clean rooms.Desired: Strong knowledge of GMP, quality systems, drug manufacturing, validation.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, contact Courtney Russell at ****** or call +353 (0) 71 9108062.
