Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor required for our client in Mayo Job Responsibilities: Plan and organise the production, storage and dispatch of products Ensure that Health and Safety requirements are maintained Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and guidance Keep up to date with new products and techniques Order ingredients, equipment and supplies Manage staff rotas and holidays Maintain accurate records and paperwork Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures Ability to motivate and lead a team Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations Ability to manage stock and ordering Requirements: 1-2 years' experience of working on a Production Supervisor or other similar position Good practical experience with MS Office Strong organizational and leadership skills, together with a results-driven approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver High School Diploma; additional degree in engineering or other relevant area will be a bonus For more information, contact Mairéad at Arcon Recruitment.
