We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
As a product manager in our Trust & Safety team, you will work with teams of engineers, data scientists, operations, product policies and various relevant internal teams to build safety product features and strategies.
You will be working on safety features, technical strategies to improve our trust and safety processes, as well as methods to detect and address the risky behaviours and actors in the community.
About the roleThe Market Analyst (MA) will work on improving our ability to address emerging market risks and escalations, discover unknown risks and proactively remove bad content, as well as increase our ability to improve core metrics.
MAs will provide critical market level analysis and understanding that will allow each market to increase their impact and drive more strategic direction and improve transparency within and outside of T&S.
This role is open in Dublin and London.
Main responsibilities- Responsible to drive improvements to key metrics by performing routine analysis on operational and market health data to identify trends and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and increase our ability to mitigate and reduce the impact of emerging risks across our lines of businesses.
S&I will have better data and increased signals and the MA capacity will allow us to respond to metric changes quickly - Collection of suspected bad cases reported from External Teams - Market level trends and insights - Ops quality | Market quality - Responsible for improving top line metrics in partnership with the relevant teams - Run routine market analysis to understand local UX and gaps in our moderation, model, keywords and discoverability- Partner with internal T&S teams to identify gaps, find high impact opportunities to improve product, policy, processes and tooling, and work with Program Managers to tackle them - Regular XFN Connect - Initiate project identification, from problem definition to final execution with PgMs and cross functional stakeholders- Take enforcement actions, perform proactive sweeps and remove bad trends in collaboration with the investigations team.
- Project Management: ~10-20% will be given to project management (as directed by PgM and Leads).
S&I Analysts will often find gaps or emerging trends that warrant a more comprehensive cross functional approach, so they will develop projects with support from S&I colleagues Minimum Qualifications- QA experience in the Polish Market- Fluency (both written and verbal) in Polish as this role will support the Polish market and full proficiency in English as our business language - Excellent Policy Knowledge in the Polish market- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, functions, charts etc) Preferred Qualifations- Team player and ability to collaborate with different teams- Great communication skills (verbal and interpersonal)- Experience with data analysis and reporting.- Excellent time management and great problem solving skills- Basic Project Management skills Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
