It has evolved from a single function agency managing the National Debt to a manager of a complex portfolio of public assets and liabilities.

Role Summary The Marketing Analyst (Maternity Cover) will support the SBCI Marketing Team in developing and delivering marketing and communications campaigns, managing events, and analysing marketing data.
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with excellent communication and organizational skills, passionate about marketing.
Principal Accountabilities Marketing duties and responsibilities Collaborate with the SBCI Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing and communication plans and campaigns (including digital campaigns) to maintain and increase the SBCI brand and products public awareness.
Create post-campaign analysis detailed reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns.
Manage the SBCI Social Media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Meta, and YouTube) through the social media management platform Hootsuite.
Work with creative and media agencies to develop marketing assets (like social media assets, videos, case studies, printing materials, etc.
), execute marketing activities and coordinate campaigns launches.
Work with the SBCI web developer for the creation of new product webpages and coordinate website deployments and updates.
Manage the SBCI attendance at events, conference, exhibitions, webinars, etc.
This may include nationwide travel, set up of event locations, meet and greet, and organisational work (like the creation of marketing materials, including PowerPoint presentations, and the management of required logistic aspects).
Administrative duties and responsibilities Manage the SBCI Social Media accounts and Event calendar.
Maintain the SBCI website up to date (routinary updates, news, regulatory changes, etc).
Monitor and manage external email queries and information requests received through the SBCI info email box.
Keep the Marketing folders updated and raise Purchase Orders for the SBCI Marketing Team in collaboration with the SBCI Finance Team.
Act as the day-to-day liaison with external suppliers.
Education and Previous Experiences Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years' experience in a Marketing role, ideally within a financial services environment or similar.
Strong creativity and knowledge of Social Media Management.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to details.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to analyse data sets.
Proven track record and ability to manage multiple priority activities to defined timelines.
Experience in organising and running internal and external events, exhibitions, or seminars.
People Skills Highly organised individual.
Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Flexibility to adapt to additional duties as the role may require.
