Our Client, a large corporate based in Dublin City, has instructed Link Personnel to recruit a Marketing and BD Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career within a well-established Marketing team. This is a permanent role. Benefits: PensionBonusAnnual ReviewsGymCanteenBike to WorkTravel Tax IncentivesHealthcare schemeDuties: Provide support to the Marketing and BD planning by focusing on trends and information gathered through usual channels in order to identify macro trends or issues that could be growth areas for clients.Develop Marketing and Business Development campaigns.Provide assistance to practice area groups on marketing and BD campaigns within the firm.Liaise with other departments in delivering high impact practice area campaigns, participating in a number of projects across the firm's marketing and BD strategies.Organise how to best target sources of business, including international law firms, targets, clients, and growth market share.Monitor and keep track of activity results and return on investment.When required, use the firm's CRM system ensuring all details are kept up to date.Experience: 3-5+ years' experience in a Marketing and Business Development role.BA Degree, ideally in Marketing or related area.Good experience building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Strong IT skills - MS Office.Confident individual with good leadership skills.Very well organised with strong attention to detail.Ability to work well under pressure.If this Marketing Role sounds like YOU, call Emma Skelton on 01 845 6302.
