Marketing and Ecommerce Manager Cpl Marketing are recruiting for an experienced Marketing and E-Commerce Manager for an Irish Online and Retail brand on a permanent contract in Swords. The successful candidate will lead the online and in-store sales and digital marketing efforts. The Marketing and E-commerce manager will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving website conversion improvements, enhancing the customer journey, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. This role requires an innate understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PR and campaign optimisation to drive growth and engagement.
Responsibilities: Manage and optimize the Shopify E-commerce platform to ensure a seamless user experience for customers - uploading products, adding key features to improve conversion rate, traffic.Optimise design and function of site and introduce new ideas to the platform.Manage campaigns from end to end across web and socials.Manage customer journey and implement digital strategies.Manage the social media team and plan and implement content creation and social media management.PR and influencer marketing management.Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic and conversion rates.Marketing campaigns and promotions that reflect our brand identity.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, and use data to make informed decisions about ecommerce strategies.Digital marketing - understanding of Facebook / Google ads and how to optimise ad spend to achieve KPIs.About you: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion industry or retail.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Experience managing a small team is desirable.Proven experience in website optimization and conversion rate improvement.Proficiency with marketing automation tools, web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz).Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify - essential.Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.This role is based in North Dublin and offers 1 day a week WFH.
