Circle K are now hiring for the role of Marketing & Communications Manager.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing & Communications Manager will be a key contributor to the marketing team by ensuring that all relevant communications, CSR, partnerships and events marketing are optimally aligned to the target customer needs and expectations.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months and based in Circle K Support Office in Dublin 4.
Circle K work on a hybrid model of 3 days in office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities: Accountable for the development of the Circle K communications strategy which supports brand marketing and communication initiatives at a B2C and B2B level.
Own event management and communications for Circle K Sustainability, CSR and partnership initiatives.
Be a key member of the marketing team, delivering a wide variety of initiatives focused on brand development, increasing customer satisfaction, profitability and sales.
Responsible for a calendar of activities supporting our partnership initiatives, including sports and CSR partners.
Responsible for Circle Ks sustainability strategy within the marketing department, influencing perceptions of Circle Ks sustainability presence based on current initiatives and ambitious future plans.
Own cost control,implementing appropriate cost control plans within the budget and business plan with the approval of the Senior Marketing Manager.
Support with the development of the Annual Marketing Plan.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the full marketing mix to ensure maximisation of campaigns and internal communications activities.
Confident executor and fully understand FMCG Marketing and campaign execution.
Experience: A graduate education within a marketing discipline Marketing qualification Minimum of 5 years marketing / communications experience managing a portfolio of brands, ideally with a focus on FMCG retail marketing Experience closely managing 3rd party agencies Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix Highly creative with the ability to think outside the box Proven ability to project manage and multi-task complex projects and deliver results Skills: Communication Skills FMCG Marketing Interpersonal Skills
