Are you our next Marketing Data Assistant?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model. Grade: Assistant Contract type: Permanent Role We are currently seeking to hire a Marketing Assistant to join our marketing department to assist in the daily running of the e-marketing platforms. Working as part of a fast-paced, creative team, you will support the CRM team and act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries internally in relation to all CRM and e-marketing activities across the business and resolve any issues in a professional, timely manner. Your role will expose you to stakeholders of varying seniority, both within the firm and with our external partners. Your work will be varied, and strong interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm are a pre-requisite for this role.
A snapshot of your peer group: 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services environmentFlexible, highly organised and able to manage their time effectively, prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with CRM databases and email marketing platformsExcellent knowledge & experience in using Excel to manage business-critical dataDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong listening, communication and networking skills and the ability to understand and respond to the needs of internal stakeholdersExperience with data visualisation and data analytics tools is an asset but not a necessityYour responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
