What We Need:We're seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive with a solid background in marketing. If you're skilled in campaign execution, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, and have a passion for elevating brand presence, you could be the perfect fit for our team.
What You'll Do:Work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop brand positioning and target audience strategies.Assist in executing marketing programs from start to finish, ensuring effective collaboration and internal support.Analyze customer insights, market trends, and best practices to create actionable marketing strategies.Develop and maintain analytics reports, providing key insights and recommendations for future campaigns.Collaborate with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design and refine lead nurturing tactics.Key Responsibilities:Develop creative briefs and guide the digital content team in producing compelling print, digital, and video assets.Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment across all channels.Manage content updates for customer and internal touchpoints, establish budget guidelines, and support event participation.Gather and use customer and market insights to improve outreach strategies, boost customer conversions, and generate qualified leads.Track and assess the performance of marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data and insights.Present marketing ideas and deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate strategies and budgets with senior leaders.Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience in developing and managing marketing campaigns.Strong project management, multitasking, and analytical skills.Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in marketing or a related field.Industry experience or a keen interest in the field.Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.Willingness to travel and established press and media contacts.Location:NBD HQ, Blarney, Co.
