Matrix Recruitment are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join our environmental client, based in Kildare.
This is a permanent, full-time, hybrid role.

What You Will Be Doing: Design and create engaging visual and written content to bring marketing campaigns to life, across multiple channels (digital, print, radio, and events).
Track campaign performance and produce insightful reports.
Manage and optimise paid ad campaigns.
Schedule, monitor, and analyse digital posts.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and grow social media communities.
Organise and promote live events such as school competitions, trade shows, and sponsorship opportunities.
Analyse website performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience, implementing SEOs and drive traffic.
Work closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
Manage relationships with external vendors, designers, and agencies Stay ahead of industry trends by researching customer behaviour, market developments, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
What We Are Looking For: 2+ years experience in a similar role in Marketing/Sales/Advertising.
Minimum NFQ 6 qualifications.
Experience managing content on social media platforms.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
