We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Executive based in Dublin to join the team to execute the international marketing and lead generation strategy for SoftCo. This a unique opportunity to become a key member of the Marketing and Business Development Team in a growing, profitable, international SaaS company.

Marketing Executive – Your role:The successful candidate will be pro-active and organised, with a proven track record in similar roles.
Your responsibilities:Work closely with the team to construct marketing and lead generation materials.Assist in the development and implementation of lead generation strategies to fill the sales funnel.Assist in creating compelling marketing content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media updates.Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.Manage and work with external support such as design and SEO experts to achieve our goals.Meet project deadlines with a strong attention to detail.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Help organize and promote webinars, industry events, and trade shows.Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.Your profile:3rd level degree in Marketing or equivalent in Advertising, Media, Digital or related field.1-2+ years' experience in a B2B Marketing role.Experience in the software industry is desirable.Strong working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM software.Strong ability to work collaboratively and incorporate input from stakeholders.Strong attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent written and spoken English.
