This is a unique opportunity to join the in-house Marketing team at Press Up Hospitality Group, the brand leader in Irelands hospitality industry with an exciting portfolio of bars, restaurants and cinemas.
As a Marketing Executive, you will be the engine behind our marketing initiatives, supporting the Head of Marketing in bringing our brands to life.
Youll be a key player in implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement, increase foot traffic, and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
RESPONSIBILITIES Marketing Support - Working with the Head of Marketing, you will execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering brand building, digital, PR and event support.
This will include copy writing, creating briefs, conducting research and liaising with external stakeholders.
Campaign Execution Assist with ideas and implementation of activations across a selection of Press Up brands.
This includes but is not limited to campaign execution, campaign optimisation and post campaign analysis.
Digital Marketing Implement digital strategies including paid advertising, email marketing, website updates and optimisation.
Monitor online presence, utilize analytics and apply SEO efforts (preferred but not essential).
Social Media Assist with executing a thumb-stopping social media strategy.
Write and manage social media content.
This will require you to get out and into the venues to shoot content regularly.
Produce, shoot, and edit captivating photo and video content for our social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
Brand Development Develop and implement creative ideas and marketing strategies to drive brand engagement and loyalty - the wackier, the better!
PR Support Manage media requests and support on PR activities such as events, press drops and media outreach.
Analysis Create reports or presentations to analyse and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role, field or industry with a significant focus on content marketing and delivering end to end campaigns (only candidates with relevant experience will be considered).
Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Familiar with marketing analytics tools and platforms.
Creativity: A passion for creativity with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams / suppliers.
Adaptability: A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
